2011 marks our silver jubilee – our company is 25 years old and remains committed to taking care of our clients’ diverse needs. We are members of the Institute of Professional Willwriters, the only Willwriting body in the UK which requires all members to take entrance membership examinations and to undergo Continuous Professional Development, Furthermore, the Institute of Professional Willwriting has also been awarded prestigious Office of Fair Trading Stage 2 approval. As members, this means that we can offer clients a service which is subject to the most stringent demands for Willwriting in the country.
Chosen Inheritance is a family run business. As well as being highly-qualified Willwriting professionals, we also have personal experience of bereavement and a passion for supporting our clients with pre-death and post-death assistance. We can do this by drafting the appropriate Will and by also providing support through the probate process.
Peter Spillman, Managing Director of Chosen Inheritance, is a Fellow of and sits on the council of the Institute of Professional Willwriters. He’s an expert in his field and is at the cutting edge of the latest developments in the industry. Peter is frequently interviewed by the media and has written for many expert publications. He also mentors other Willwriters and has acted as Consultant to several firms of solicitors.
Cynthia Spillman, Co-Director of Chosen Inheritance, was awarded her Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Cambridge. Cynthia, a former Justice of the Peace, has lectured in the UK and has trained lawyers internationally. She’s also Managing Director of Red Admiral Development, the driver behind Chosen Inheritance’s sister company, probatesupermarket.com. Cynthia is a major contributor in the arena of bereavement support and in overcoming adversity.
Both Peter and Cynthia hold the highest level of membership conferred by the Institute of Professional Willwriters.
